Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves (for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix until well blended (about 1-2 minutes).
- Gently fold in the diced red onion and celery.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste and stir gently.
- Serve the mixture on fresh lettuce leaves and enjoy.
Notes
For meal prep, combine ingredients without avocado to prevent browning. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
