This Baking Soda Drink Recipe is a quick 2-minute wellness mix men use for digestion, energy, and performance support—simple, inexpensive, and effective when used correctly.
Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon aluminum-free baking soda
8 ounces (240 ml) filtered water
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour 8 ounces of filtered water into a glass.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of aluminum-free baking soda.
3. Stir until the baking soda fully dissolves.
4. Optional: Add lemon juice or honey for taste.
5. Drink immediately on an empty stomach or 2 hours after meals.
Notes
Start with only 1/4 teaspoon if you’ve never tried it before.
Do NOT exceed 1/2 teaspoon per serving.
Use no more than 2–4 times per week.
Great as a pre-workout stomach-settling drink.
Avoid if you are on sodium-restricted diets.
