Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Spread marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, covering them completely.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
