- Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean work surface.
- Layer Brie cheese evenly on the unbuttered sides of the two bread slices.
- Add a layer of apple slices over the Brie cheese.
- Spread cranberry sauce on the unbuttered side of the remaining two slices of bread.
- Place the cranberry-side down on top of the apples to create a sandwich.
- Transfer the sandwiches to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Notes
For a different flavor, try substituting the Brie with gouda. These sandwiches are best enjoyed fresh.
