  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Additional chopped basil leaves for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, freshly grated for topping

Instructions

  1. Prep the tomatoes: Dice the Roma tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt to draw out their juices.
  2. Mix the ingredients: Combine tomatoes with minced garlic and chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Let sit for a few minutes to meld flavors.
  3. Blend the cheeses: In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth. Add in crumbled feta, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  4. Adjust flavors: Season the cheese mixture with salt to taste.
