Ingredients

1 tablespoon raw honey
Juice of half a lemon (1–2 tablespoons)
Optional: pinch of cinnamon or thin slice of ginger
Instructions
1. Heat water until warm but not boiling.
2. Add honey and stir until dissolved.
3. Squeeze lemon juice and mix.
4. Optional: add cinnamon or ginger.
5. Enjoy on an empty stomach.
