- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
- Stir in the corn, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add milk, sour cream, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Add the cheesy beef mixture to the cooked pasta and stir well to combine. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed crackers or breadcrumbs over the top. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
