Instructions
- Begin by crushing the graham crackers until they resemble fine crumbs.

- Take a cherry and form a small ball of the cream cheese mixture around it, rolling it gently.
- Dip each cherry bomb in melted white chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or chopped pecans on top before the chocolate hardens.
- Chill in the fridge until the chocolate sets, then serve on a festive platter.
