Instructions

  1. Begin by crushing the graham crackers until they resemble fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with a spatula until smooth and creamy.
  3. Take a cherry and form a small ball of the cream cheese mixture around it, rolling it gently.
  4. Dip each cherry bomb in melted white chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  5. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or chopped pecans on top before the chocolate hardens.
