Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
- Add melted butter, milk, and water, and stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth and elastic, then let rise for about 60 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush with melted butter.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over the buttered dough.
- Roll the dough into a log and slice into pieces.
- Place the pieces in a muffin tin and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
