Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, adding the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion out the dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden, then cool on wire racks.

Notes
For dairy-free, use coconut oil instead of butter. For gluten-free, substitute almond flour.
