- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Parchment paper for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and paprika until well-combined.
- Drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each mound slightly to form chip shapes.

- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
