- 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water (egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry until smooth.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
- Sprinkle cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries over the cream cheese, followed by crumbled feta.
- Scatter the chopped fresh herbs across the filling.
- Gently roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces.
- Place pinwheels cut side up on the baking sheet, allowing space between each.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Notes
These pinwheels can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until baking. They can also be frozen uncooked for up to a month.
