Description

Ingredients

  • 200g Pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
  • 200g Salmon Fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the salmon fillet to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the sauce. Toss to combine, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
