- 200g Pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
- 200g Salmon Fillet
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillet to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and flake into pieces.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and flaked salmon to the sauce. Toss to combine, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
