Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Stir in chopped bell peppers and diced tomatoes; cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
