Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers into long strips using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, combine basil, parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Lay Romaine leaves flat on a surface and place cucumber strips on top.
- Drizzle the green goddess dressing over the cucumber strips and roll up tightly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
