Description
Mint cucumber detox water recipe specifically formulated for digestive comfort and bloating reduction. Cooling mint and hydrating cucumber create a spa-like beverage that’s perfect after meals or during digestive discomfort.
Ingredients
1/2 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
10–12 fresh mint leaves
32 oz cold filtered water
Ice cubes
Optional: 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Glass pitcher with lid for infusion
Instructions
1. Wash cucumber thoroughly and slice into thin rounds
2. Gently wash mint leaves—pat dry if needed
3. Lightly bruise mint leaves between palms to release oils (optional)
4. Add cucumber slices and mint leaves to pitcher
5. Pour in cold filtered water
6. Add lime juice if using for extra zing
7. Add ice cubes for immediate chilling
8. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours for optimal infusion
9. Strain if desired, or drink with floating ingredients
10. Serve chilled, especially after meals
