Description

Berry blast detox water recipe packed with antioxidants and natural sweetness. Mixed berries infuse water with vibrant color and subtle sweetness—perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without added sugar or calories.


Ingredients

Scale

1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 cup fresh raspberries

32 oz cold filtered water

Ice cubes

Optional: 1-2 fresh basil leaves

Glass pitcher or infusion bottle


Instructions

1. Wash all berries thoroughly under cold water

2. Slice strawberries into halves or quarters

3. Leave blueberries and raspberries whole

4. Place all berries in pitcher or bottle

5. Add basil leaves if using for herbal note

6. Fill with cold filtered water

7. Add ice cubes for immediate chilling

8. Let infuse in refrigerator for 3-4 hours (berries need longer)

9. Gently shake or stir before serving

10. Best consumed within 24 hours as berries soften
