Apple cider vinegar detox water recipe formulated as a morning tonic. This balanced blend supports blood sugar stability and digestion while providing a gentle energy boost to start your day—always properly diluted for safety.
Ingredients
1–2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar (with ‘the mother’)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
32 oz room-temperature or warm water
Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
Optional: Pinch of cayenne pepper
Glass jar or bottle (not plastic)
Instructions
1. Pour apple cider vinegar into jar first
2. Add fresh lemon juice (strain out seeds)
3. Add cinnamon and optional cayenne
4. If using sweetener, add now so it dissolves
5. Fill with room-temperature or warm water
6. Stir or shake vigorously until combined
7. Let sit for 5 minutes for flavors to meld
8. Drink 20-30 minutes before breakfast
9. Rinse mouth with plain water after drinking to protect enamel
10. Can be sipped throughout morning if preferred
