Description

Tropical pineapple mint detox water recipe that feels like a vacation in a glass. Pineapple provides natural sweetness and digestive enzymes while mint adds refreshing coolness—perfect summer hydration or mood booster.


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or 1/4 cup crushed)

10 fresh mint leaves

32 oz cold filtered water

Ice cubes

Optional: 1-2 slices of lime

Glass pitcher with airtight lid


Instructions

1. Cut fresh pineapple into small chunks or crush slightly

2. Wash mint leaves and pat dry

3. Add pineapple to pitcher first

4. Gently bruise mint leaves between palms

5. Add mint leaves to pitcher

6. Add lime slices if using

7. Fill with cold filtered water

8. Add ice cubes

9. Seal with lid and shake gently

10. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours for optimal infusion

11. Shake before each serving
