Description
Green tea lemon detox water recipe that combines hydration with gentle caffeine and antioxidants. This cooler provides natural energy support and metabolism benefits while staying refreshing and hydrating—perfect morning or afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
2 green tea bags or 2 teaspoons loose leaf green tea
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
32 oz cold filtered water (divided)
Ice cubes
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or stevia
Glass pitcher or infusion bottle
Instructions
1. Steep green tea in 8 oz hot water for 3 minutes (don’t oversteep)
2. Remove tea bags or strain loose tea
3. Let tea cool to room temperature
4. Slice lemon into rounds, removing seeds
5. Add lemon slices to pitcher
6. Pour cooled green tea into pitcher
7. Add remaining 24 oz cold filtered water
8. Add sweetener if using and stir to dissolve
9. Add ice cubes
10. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving
11. Can drink immediately if preferred
