Description
Blackberry sage detox water recipe featuring deep purple antioxidants and earthy herbal notes. Blackberries provide natural color and sweetness while sage adds sophisticated complexity—a unique combination that’s both visually striking and health-supportive.
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
4–6 fresh sage leaves
32 oz cold filtered water
Ice cubes
Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Glass pitcher or infusion bottle
Instructions
1. Wash blackberries gently under cold water
2. Lightly muddle half the blackberries in bottom of pitcher
3. Add remaining whole blackberries
4. Wash sage leaves and pat dry
5. Lightly bruise sage leaves between palms
6. Add sage leaves to pitcher
7. Add lemon juice if using to brighten flavors
8. Fill with cold filtered water
9. Add ice cubes
10. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours (blackberries need longer)
11. Strain if desired, or drink with floating berries
