Ingredients
2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
32 oz cold filtered water
Ice cubes
Optional: 1-2 mint leaves for garnish
Glass pitcher with airtight lid
Instructions
1. Peel kiwis and slice into rounds or half-moons
2. Wash strawberries and slice into halves or quarters
3. Arrange kiwi and strawberry slices in pitcher
4. Add mint garnish if using
5. Fill with cold filtered water
6. Add ice cubes
7. Seal with lid and shake gently
8. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours
9. Kiwi seeds will float to surface—normal and edible
10. Shake before each serving
11. Best consumed within 24 hours
