Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar, stirring until evenly mixed.
- Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry mixture and stir until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms.
- Gently fold in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the dough into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and tops are crusty.
- Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking. Can substitute whole wheat flour for variation.
