Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar, stirring until evenly mixed.
  3. Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry mixture and stir until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms.
  4. Gently fold in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary until evenly distributed.
  5. Spoon the dough into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and tops are crusty.
  7. Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking. Can substitute whole wheat flour for variation.
