Description

Savory bite-sized portions of roast beef, provolone cheese, and Au Jus gravy enveloped in flaky crescent roll dough.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Au Jus gravy
  • 1 package (1 lb) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced roast beef, onions, and provolone cheese over the dough.
  4. Drizzle the Au Jus gravy on top and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve warm with extra Au Jus on the side.

Notes

Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking. Leftovers can be frozen for up to a month.
