- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, melt the butter and combine it with granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until glossy and thickened.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Mix in the brewed coffee until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Once cooled, prepare the frosting by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and instant coffee until creamy.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled brownies.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
