  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt the butter and combine it with granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until glossy and thickened.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  5. Mix in the brewed coffee until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, prepare the frosting by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and instant coffee until creamy.
  8. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled brownies.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
