- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Clean the shrimp by rinsing them under cold water and patting dry with a paper towel.
- Chop the garlic and any fresh herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chopped garlic until golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink and opaque, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the coconut milk and stir in the paprika, cumin, and coriander. Let simmer gently for about 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley, and serve warm.
