Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 330°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pecans, cashews, hemp seeds, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and cloves.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix maple syrup, melted coconut oil, molasses, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture across the baking sheet in a thin layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Allow the granola to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Notes

Customize with your favorite nuts or seeds. For nut-free options, substitute with sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.
