Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil (or melted butter)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate (or almond bark)
  • Candy eyes (or mini chocolate chips)
  • Optional: chopped Oreos or Reese’s Pieces
  • Optional: caramel drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with eggs, oil, and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake according to package instructions.
  4. Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  5. Lift brownies out using parchment paper and slice into squares.
  6. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  7. Decorate brownies with melted white chocolate and candy eyes.
  8. Let decorations firm up before serving.
