- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Stir in ¼ cup chocolate chips to enhance sweetness.
- Transfer the mixture to parchment paper and press it down to flatten to about ½-inch thick.
- Melt 1 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the cookie dough and sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
- Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes, then chop into chunks and enjoy!
