Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup scrambled eggs
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gently stir in the milk to form a dough.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough and cut it into rectangles.
- In another bowl, combine scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of filling on one half of each rectangle, fold over, and seal the edges tightly.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
