Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Melt the butter and stir in the sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Once cooled, spread frosting on top and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
