Instructions

  3. Add flour and salt, then mix until just combined.
  4. Roll the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet, pressing an indentation in the center.

  6. In a saucepan, melt the caramel candies with milk, stirring until smooth.
  7. Mix in the toasted coconut until evenly coated.
  8. Spoon the caramel-coconut mixture onto each cooled cookie.
  9. Dip the bottoms of the cookies in melted dark chocolate and drizzle over the tops.
  10. Let cool until the chocolate hardens.
