- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl, then add cold butter and cream cheese until crumbly.
- Slowly add cold water until the dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into rectangles.
- Place fruit preserves on half of each rectangle and fold over, sealing edges with a fork.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make a glaze and drizzle over the baked strudels.
Notes
