Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl, then add cold butter and cream cheese until crumbly.
  2. Slowly add cold water until the dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place fruit preserves on half of each rectangle and fold over, sealing edges with a fork.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make a glaze and drizzle over the baked strudels.
