- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup melted chocolate
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix warm milk with yeast and sugar. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Incorporate the flour, butter, and egg into the yeast mixture. Stir until the dough begins to come together.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle about ½ inch thick. Evenly sprinkle cinnamon, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips on top. Roll tightly into a log and slice into even pieces.
- Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the warm rolls and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Let your guests enjoy these warm, gooey rolls with a cup of coffee or hot cocoa!
