- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
- Add the egg and knead into a smooth dough; press into a tart pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together ricotta, sugar, eggs, orange zest, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the ricotta mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set; cool before drizzling with melted chocolate.
Notes
For gluten-free, substitute flour with a gluten-free blend. For dairy-free, use a plant-based ricotta.
