Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté chopped onions, carrots, and minced garlic over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add diced kielbasa to the pot and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in diced potatoes and pour in the chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
