Ingredients

- Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix with salt and pepper to taste.
- Take a sheet of phyllo pastry, brush it with olive oil, and place a spoonful of the feta filling at one end.
- Roll tightly, tucking in the sides to seal.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with more olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drizzle with chili honey before serving.
