Description

A delightful treat that captures the essence of the holidays with rich layers of dark and white chocolate swirled with refreshing peppermint.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate chips with 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Pour and spread melted dark chocolate evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt white chocolate chips with remaining sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate layer.
  6. Swirl the two layers together using a knife to create a marbled effect.
  7. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  9. Remove from the pan and cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for longer storage.
