Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add ground beef, bell peppers, and onions; cook until beef is browned and vegetables are soft. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place a scoop of the beef mixture and a handful of mozzarella cheese on each rectangle.
  5. Fold the dough over and seal the edges, then place on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
