- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package of pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add ground beef, bell peppers, and onions; cook until beef is browned and vegetables are soft. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
- Place a scoop of the beef mixture and a handful of mozzarella cheese on each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges, then place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

For a leaner option, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef. Add mushrooms or spinach for more flavor.
