- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional herbs (parsley, rosemary)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the egg and mix until combined, ensuring the texture is slightly sticky.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Simmer cranberry sauce in a small saucepan until warmed through. Glaze the cooked meatballs with the sauce and serve.
