A delightful treat combining fresh raspberries and rich coconut with a crispy graham cracker crust.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Scatter fresh raspberries on top, followed by chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are golden and the center is set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or refrigerate for up to a week. These bars can also be frozen for up to a month.
