Description

Samoa Truffles are fudgy, chocolatey delights made with just four pantry ingredients, perfect for parties or everyday treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Toast the shredded coconut in a pan over medium heat until golden brown, about 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the toasted coconut, crushed graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop out the mixture and shape it into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
  4. Place the truffles on a plate and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, coating fully.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate-covered truffles.
  8. Lay the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them cool until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

These truffles can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for up to three months.
