Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, water, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the pecans to the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- After cooking, spread the pecans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
- Once cooled, break apart any clusters and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. Freezes well for long-term storage.
