Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, water, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add the pecans to the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  4. After cooking, spread the pecans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
  5. Once cooled, break apart any clusters and enjoy!
