  • 12 pieces Candy Cane Kisses
  • ยฝ cup Sprinkles (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  4. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Scoop about a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball, then roll in sprinkles.
  8. Place on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Once removed from the oven, gently press a Candy Cane Kiss in the center of each cookie.
  10. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
