- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup crushed shortbread cookies
- Pink sugar sprinkles (optional)
- 4 oz white chocolate (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Slice the pound cake into thin strips, about ½ inch thick.
- Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each pound cake strip.
- Add sliced strawberries on top and roll tightly.
- Coat the rolled sushi in crushed shortbread cookies.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the rolls, then sprinkle with pink sugar (optional).
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
Notes
