- 1 package Golden Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup strawberry puree
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Pink chocolate coating
- Strawberry crumble for topping
Instructions
- Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and strawberry puree until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well integrated.
- Form small portions of the mixture into balls and coat with Oreo crumbs.
- Dip the truffles in melted pink chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle each truffle with strawberry crumble before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate the truffles until firm, about 30 minutes, then serve chilled.
