Instructions

  1. Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and strawberry puree until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well integrated.
  4. Form small portions of the mixture into balls and coat with Oreo crumbs.
  5. Dip the truffles in melted pink chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle each truffle with strawberry crumble before the chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate the truffles until firm, about 30 minutes, then serve chilled.
