- 1 package sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, flour, and salt; mix until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie layer in the pan.
- Optionally, sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
