Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, flour, and salt; mix until combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie layer in the pan.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
