- 4 slices sharp cheddar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 12 long toothpicks

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken marinade by combining olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Marinade the chicken breasts thoroughly.
- Pound chicken breasts to an even 3/4-inch thickness for uniform cooking.
- Rub the seasoned chicken with olive oil and let it rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, sprinkling it with brown sugar and spices in the last 2 minutes.
- Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Allow grilled chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thick pieces.
- Toast sourdough bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
- Prepare the avocado ranch spread by mixing mashed avocados, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt.
- Assemble the sandwich by spreading garlic butter on one side of each toasted bread slice, then layering with avocado ranch, lettuce, tomato, chicken, Swiss cheese, and bacon.
- Crown with the final slice of bread, securing each quarter with toothpicks before cutting diagonally.
- Serve immediately with pickle spears and chips.
