Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart, and create an indent in the center of each cookie.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on the edges but soft in the center.
